Terms of Service
The agreement between you and snowdust.ai covering use of this website and the platform. Written to be read rather than skimmed past.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the snowdust.ai website at snowdust.ai and the snowdust.ai platform (together, the "Service"), operated by SnowDust ("snowdust.ai", "we", "us"). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or agreeing to an order form that references these terms, you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation, and "you" means that organisation.
If you do not accept these terms, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
snowdust.ai measures how AI answer engines describe, compare and recommend brands across a set of tracked prompts, and provides analysis and recommendations based on those measurements.
The Service depends on third-party AI systems that we do not control. Their outputs vary between runs, change without notice as those systems are updated, and may be inaccurate. We therefore make no guarantee about the availability, consistency or content of any third-party AI output, or that any particular visibility outcome will be achieved. Our reporting is a measurement of what those systems returned, not a warranty about what they will return.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping credentials confidential. Tell us promptly at hello@snowdust.ai if you believe your account has been compromised.
Accounts are for the named users covered by your plan. You may not share a single seat among multiple people or resell access unless your agreement with us says otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or any system connected to it;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service, including by circumventing rate limits or usage quotas;
- reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to derive the source code of the Service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
- use the Service to build or train a competing product, or to scrape it systematically;
- upload material that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to provide to us;
- misrepresent our output as an official statement of any third-party AI provider.
We may suspend access without notice where we reasonably believe continued access poses a security, legal or operational risk. We will restore access as soon as the risk is resolved.
5. Plans, fees and cancellation
Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle stated at purchase. Current pricing is published on our pricing page; the price that applies to you is the one in effect when your billing period began.
You may upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. Changes take effect from the next billing period. Unless your agreement or applicable law says otherwise, fees already paid are not refundable, and cancelling stops future billing rather than reversing past billing.
We may change pricing. If we do, the change applies from your next renewal and we will tell you before it takes effect. Fees exclude taxes, which you are responsible for unless we are required to collect them.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, interfaces, documentation and branding. These terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription, and nothing more.
You own the material you provide to us. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service for you — hosting, processing and displaying that material back to you and your authorised users.
Reports and analysis we generate for you are yours to use internally and with your clients. You may not republish them as a standalone commercial product.
7. Feedback
If you send us suggestions, we may use them without restriction or obligation. We would rather have your feedback than the alternative, and this clause exists so that neither of us has to negotiate before you send it.
8. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party systems, including AI providers and, where you choose to connect them, tools such as Google Search Console and DataForSEO. Your use of those services is governed by their terms, not ours. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy or changes to them.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Our output is informational. It is not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it should not be the only basis for a significant business decision. Because AI systems are probabilistic, measurements describe what was observed during sampling and are not a prediction of future outputs.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, whether or not the possibility was known.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Service, or material you provided that infringed a third party's rights.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access if you materially breach these terms and do not fix the breach within 30 days of notice, or immediately where the breach cannot be fixed.
On termination your right to use the Service ends. Ask us about export before you terminate — we will make your data available for a reasonable period, but we do not guarantee indefinite retention after an account closes. Clauses that by their nature should survive termination do so.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Where a change is material we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect, and the "last updated" date above will change. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the revised terms.
14. General
If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them to a successor in connection with a merger or sale of assets.
These terms, together with any order form and our privacy policy and AI policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.
