Enterprise

One reading of AI discovery, across every brand you run.

Starter and Growth are built around a fixed brand and prompt count. Enterprise exists for the organisations that outgrow both — several brands, a wider category, and a security team with questions. Same intelligence system, sized and governed for how you actually operate.

What Enterprise adds

What the smaller plans do not carry

Everything in Growth is included. These are the additions, and they are the whole list — if something you need is not here, ask rather than assume.

Coverage

Unlimited prompts and brands

Starter tracks one brand and up to 50 prompts, Growth up to four brands and 200. Enterprise lifts both limits entirely, so the number is set by how wide your category actually is rather than making you choose which parts of the business to stop measuring.

Structure

Multi-brand intelligence

Separate workspaces for separate brands, regions or business units — each with its own prompt set, competitive set and history, so a house of brands is not averaged into one misleading number.

Brand

White labelling

Your own branding on the reporting an agency or group puts in front of its clients, rather than ours. Enterprise only — it is not something the smaller plans can switch on.

Security

SSO and SAML

Single sign-on through your own identity provider, alongside the integration and governance work of getting data into the systems your teams already use and agreeing who can see and change what. The specifics depend on your stack, which is why this is scoped in conversation rather than sold as a fixed list.

Service

Dedicated support

A named point of contact rather than a queue, for the rollout itself and for the questions that come after it.

How rollout works

Agreeing what to measure is the hard part.

The software starts working quickly. What takes thought is deciding which prompts represent your business, because that choice sets what every later number means.

  1. Trial

    See a real reading first

Start the 14-day free trial on one brand. It tells you whether there is a problem worth funding before anyone writes a business case.

  2. Question set

    Agree what gets measured

The prompts you track determine every number that follows, so this is done deliberately and written down. We keep branded and unbranded questions separate for the reason set out in our post on why a visibility score is a choice.

  3. Workspaces

    Split by brand or unit

Each brand, region or business unit gets its own workspace, competitive set and history.

  4. Integrations

    Put it where people work

Connect the data to the systems your teams already use, and agree access and governance with whoever owns that decision.

Security & procurement

Bring your review. We will answer it.

We have not put a wall of compliance badges on this page, because a badge you have to qualify in a footnote is worse than a straight conversation. Send us your security questionnaire, your data processing requirements and whatever your legal team needs to see, and you will get direct answers about what we do today and what we do not.

If a specific certification is a hard requirement for you, tell us early. It is a much better outcome for both of us than discovering it at contract stage.

Frequently asked questions

What does Enterprise cost?

It is priced against prompt volume, the number of brands and what the integration work involves, so there is no list price. Starter is $49/mo and Growth is $155/mo if you want a sense of the scale below it — see pricing.

Do you have SOC 2, ISO 27001 or similar?

We are not going to claim a certification on a marketing page. Ask us directly at security@snowdust.ai and you will get a straight answer about where we are, rather than a badge that turns out to be aspirational during procurement.

Can you support SSO?

Yes — SSO and SAML are included on Enterprise. Tell us what your identity provider is and what your policy requires, and we will scope it against your setup rather than publish a capability list that does not survive contact with your security team. Start at sales@snowdust.ai.

Which AI models are covered?

Enterprise covers all major platforms — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, Google AI Mode, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot — scored separately rather than blended. So do Starter and Growth; what Enterprise removes is the cap on brands, prompts and on-demand scans.

How long does rollout take?

The measurement itself starts as soon as the question set is agreed, and agreeing the question set is usually the longest part — it is the thing that determines what every later number means. Integration work runs alongside it.

Can we trial it before committing?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, which gives you a real reading on your own brand with no commitment and is a better basis for an internal conversation than a demo of someone else's data.
